We all know that the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium, or the Aud, will be knocked down and demolished within a few short weeks. In fact, after the auctions, workers have been getting rid of the asbestos laden stuff inside like the scoreboard and many of the seats.
The Aud means many things to many people. Memories of cutting edge hockey games, lighters flickering at concerts, and the roar of the crowd at every show dominate.
Most people can’t think about The Aud without remembering The Fog Game or The French Connection and other awesome events.
What happens when the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium is finally gone? How will you remember what it looked like?

Enter Bob.
Bob Gregg is a local Buffalo artist known for his numerous paintings of Buffalo and it’s surroundings. He has once again dutifully captured the essence of Buffalo, New York and the Aud's memories in his painting entitled, "The Aud Memories - Past & Present".
The painting showcases the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium in the foreground, representing the past and present. Hazy in the background is the HSBC arena where memories are being made now and in the future.
Supporting a Greater Buffalo Charity With a Fundraiser
The Aud print is being sold in conjunction with a fundraiser for the North Tonawanda Meals on Wheels (NTMOW), a charity that has provided meals for the housebound since 1972. The proceeds from this fundraiser help keep the fees for meal services as low as possible. Purchase of a plaque or print helps the elderly, disabled, and homebound receive these meals.
